We invite you to the Centenary Celebration of the Society of Women Writers in the ambience of the Charleston Room, filled with charm & character, to honour this wonderful milestone.

Our first Write Out West tour in Southwestern Queensland in August, 2024 was a huge success, presenting workshops in Roma, Mitchell, Charleville and St George by experienced writers in WWQ.
The outcome of this tour was not only making many new friends in these rural areas but also the formation of Work in Progress groups to support our rural members with their writing projects.
An important focus at WWQ is to maintain contact with our members, especially those who cannot attend meetings physically. They can now join our meetings online which is proving very beneficial for us all.
This year’s one day workshops will be in St George, Roma and Dalby.
This a fabulous opportunity to meet members of the Society of Women Writers Queensland as well as learn from experienced authors.
