What Happened at the Book Launch with Matt Golinski? - Women Writers Queensland

A wonderful day was had by all at the Book Launch and meeting Chef Matt Golinski.

Excitement buzzed in the room with nearly 50 members and visitors present to launch this year’s anthology “The Dinner”. After a yummy morning tea everyone took their seats to enjoy a few readings from our book.

Matt Golinksi then took centre stage. An incredibly sensitive man, he shared his passion for food, his love of cooking and touched the hearts of so many of us in the room – as well as those online hopefully! With great aplomb he then lifted the cover of the platter and presented our third book.

Our Vice President, Toni, followed, in conversation with our cover artist Annamaria Mays Vermmer who shared her passion for her art and her fascination with extraordinary memorabilia. A fascinating insight into her life.
